Tele-medicine has arrived !
Effective July 1st we must temporarily suspend our telemedicine services.
Due to the abundance of patients we are seeing on site for illness, injuries and CoVID-19 tests, in addition to our even more than usual facility cleaning and disinfecting during this pandemic, has required us to suspend Telemedicine visits temporarily. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to be able to offer the service again soon.
In an effort to provide safer visits for all our patients we are utilizing telemedicine for as many patients as possible.
Please note some patients will require a visit to the clinic as well. There will not be an extra charge for the in-person visit. If you wish to sign up for a telemedicine visit please click the button to do so. You will speak with our nursing staff and a provider.
Should the provider feel you require an examination he or she will advise you of such and have you set a time to come to the clinic. Once again there is no additional charge for the visit to the clinic on the same day, unless you require tests, such as a strep test, flu test or x-rays.
Rest assured we are following CDC guidelines to thoroughly clean all areas of the clinic including the waiting room, examination rooms and our X-ray suite. By utilizing telemedicine as well we have effectively reduced any crowding by assigning times for presenting to the clinic should the patient require a visit.
Patients who meet criteria for testing for Coronavirus will also be able to present to the clinic in this same manner. Your history will be taken via telemedicine and you will be given a time to present to the clinic for evaluation.
Patients who have a cough or fever or other signs of respiratory infections will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of their visit.
If you have any questions please call our office in Trinity or Spring Hill.
Thank you , stay safe, wash your hands frequently and do not touch your face !
