School and Sports Physicals

We offer these examinations 7 days a week at any time during our hours of operation. We know parents are busy and we hope our schedule makes it easy and convenient to get your children qualified to be a part of the activities which they enjoy.
We also have a special surprise for each child having a physical examination, while supplies last.
